Q: Is there any guidelines on how to compose a good and complete CV?
A: Important Guidelines for completing CV’s
All CV’s MUST be saved in MS Word format.
All CV’s MUST be in English Language.
The more details/fields completed, the better the chance that the applicant will be chosen.
Each CV MUST contain:
- Position which they are applying for e.g. Civil Engineer, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Chef, Restaurant Manager, etc
- Candidate’s Name, Nationality, Resident City/Country, Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status, Number of Dependents (Children)
- Current Passport Sized photo (taken within 6 months)
- Contact details including Email, Address and Phone numbers
- Educational Background ( Must be detailed with dates, month and year)
- Any Training or Certificates ( Must be detailed with dates, month and year)
- Drivers Licence Details (if have one)
- Employment Record ( Must be detailed with dates, month and year)
- Company Profile of Employment Places
- Specific Professional Skills and Experiences
- Minimum three (3) character References with current contact details
- Include all scanned Supporting documents
For examples: Letters of employment, Certificates of job training completions, Awards received, Education Diplomas, KTP, KK, Birth certificate, Marriage certificate, Passports, etc ( Must be in either PDF, JPEG images )
